You only need one of either of these grounding options to ground all your devices with the Netgear switch as it has metal trim and tabs on its ports - - all the grounded Ethernet cables will be protected with the one Grounding Ethernet Electrical Device.

 If your router/switch has plastic ports and no metal trim+tabs inside of the sides of the port, then you would need one of these adapters for each cable you plug in.

Step ONE to have the OPTION to HARD WIRE ONLY in your home: Contact your cable company to make sure your MODEM is NOT WiFi enabled.  If your modem has WiFi in it- you usually Can't turn off the WiFi. 

If your Cable Company is Cox, Xfinity or Spectrum Cable, Use This ARIS Modem

Call your cable company and see if you can rent it or if you have to buy it.  The cable company will take back their equipment and install this for you!

We purchased ours and used connected it via our Hard Wire Kit to Our Low EMF WiFi  And We Use The WiFi Kill Switch To Turn It OFF.
