Refund policy

SHIPPING

Our mission here at Tech Wellness is to help you live in blissful and thriving balance with technology, so we're excited that you're interested in trying one of our products.

Packages will be processed within 2  business days from the time of order. 

Free Shipping on orders of $200 or more

We offer a choice of USPS or DHL Shipping. Shipping time is dependent upon which option you choose at checkout.  Please note that International Mail orders can experience delays of up to 4 weeks (sometimes longer) due to customs and delivery regulations in the country of delivery. Please contact the Customs Agency in your country for more information.

International Taxes & Duties

All applicable tariffs and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages if duties are not paid.

Returns

First, thank you so much for trying one of our Tech Wellness solutions! We're sorry it didn't work out for you. We would love to know why and how we can help. But if it still requires a refund or exchange--here are the details:

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery of the item to you and the item has not been approved for a return and mailed back to us,  unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or replacement on any International orders

Safertech Headphones  Replacement Guarantee:

Safertech headphones will be replaced for manufacturer defects only, if returned within 90 days of original delivery date.  Please make sure your return is received to us no later than the 90 day period. Include your name address with the return and we will send you a brand new headset.  The replacement guarantee applies to the first headphone purchased and not to replacements.

 

Instructions And Terms of Returns for U.S. Orders:

To return a non-defective product(s), please email hello@techwellness with your order number and we will send you a return label.  We do not offer return labels for products that will be exchanged.  The cost of the return label and processing of $5.99 (for orders under 1lb.) of $10.99 (for orders over 1lb) will be deducted from your return credit.

Please note the following:

  1. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees The customer also assumes full liability for losses or damages resulting from shipping as well as all responsibility to pursue payment for such issues with their selected carrier, including if you opt to use a Tech Wellness return label-which will include tracking. We recommend using a carrier with shipping tracking capability.
  2. We are happy to provide a Return Label, simply request one through hello@techwellness.com
  3. Please remember to Send your return Back within 10 days of receiving the Return Label! Late returns that are sent back to us within 30 days of delivery will not be accepted-we reserve the right to refuse the returned merchandise or send it back and not give a refund.
  4. No refund will be granted for products that have been clearly used, damaged, tampered with in any way, or are in unsellable condition. Tech Wellness will have  full discretion in decisions regarding a product’s condition for a refund.
  5. For ALL METERS Any meter return will incur a 40% restocking fee which is deducted from the refund.
  6. For Safertech headphones: If the package has been opened. In the interests of hygiene and consumer safety, we are unable to resell these products and therefore they are not returnable.
  7. Any returned packages that have been opened or damaged in any way are subject to a 25% restocking fee . Any product missing contents (i.e.   glass cases, replacement buds etc.) are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  

To be eligible for a return, the item will be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Tech Wellness, PO Box 192308, Dallas, TX 75219 United States  OR you can request a return label. If we provide a return label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your return refund.

To complete your return, please include the name on the order or the order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and refund the item purchase amount, with shipping and handling or restocking fees deducted from the purchase amount credit.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@techwellness.com.

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. If you purchased using a discount code, you may return the item and you will be refunded the amount paid for the item.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@techwellness.com and send your item to: Tech Wellness, PO Box 192308, Dallas, TX 75219

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. However, we're happy to send a tracking number and notice via the email you used for your original purchase when we send a replacement.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so you may wish to purchase insurance.

I entered the wrong shipping address for my order....Now what?

If you have made an error in entering your address when you place your order, we will need to send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your order once it has been returned to us. If you do not want to pay for return shipping, the other option would be to refund your order, less our original cost of shipping. We are not responsible for your order if an incorrect address is entered by the customer after it is shipped from our company.
Return Shipping

To return your product, you can request an return or exchange label. We will deduct the cost of the label from any return refund. If you wish you can purchase your own postage, mail your product to: Tech Wellness, P.O 192308 Dallas, TX 75219
