The Blue Light Bundle Is Our Favorite Solution for Protecting Your Sleep and Your Eyes.
I've been dedicated to being well with technology space for decades now. I've tried dozens of glasses that cost up to $200.00! I've had many of them tested by a military grade optics lab to see if they blocked what they said they did.
You'll be happy to know that as time went on, most of the brand name glasses stepped up their blue blocking game and are now incorporating lenses that back their claims. But still the glasses most "influencers" recommend and affiliate with are not just pricey(and yes, stylish)- but the frames only filter the light that's directly in front of the lens.
If you watch the video below(from 2016 when most blue blocking brands didn't even exist)you'll see the original is still the absolute best frame for true protection. It's the that every pair of glasses in the bundle has-one that wraps your temples. This design has a nice snug fit that comfortably blocks the light from the top and sides and depending the fullness of your sweet cheeks, the bottom as well.
This style is still very rare. Just one of the pricey brands has caught on to the importance of this feature. But now you can have 3 of these magic frames with 3 different lenses for less than the price of any one of the glasses made by other popular brands.
I offer these glasses because they work.
I love that they're affordable and my hope is that you're entire family can enjoy the sleep enhancing benefits.
So, what is Blue Light? By now, you've probably heard that all the different digital screens in our lives can be robbing us of sleep, causing eye strain and even vision damage.
What Do We Know Now About Blue Light?
Science has determined the exact wavelengths of Blue Light that can threaten our vision and eye health and the exact wavelengths that can make it harder for us to sleep at night.
What's the RIGHT Blue Light to Block?
The latest research is nicely detailed
"While short wavelengths in the range of 460 nm are very efficient in phase shifting of circadian system, intensive blue light in the range between 400 and 440 nm (See the Chart Below) is damaging to the retina via a photochemical reaction called photoreversal of bleaching.
The Latest Blue Light Research nailed down the importance of blocking the right Wave Length.
Now that we know more, we can be very specific in blocking the blue light from digital or natural sources that's most getting in the way of health and happiness.
Earlier studies from over two decades ago were close but had a broader range showed the circadian photoreceptor system had a peak sensitivity of: ~450–480 nm light within the blue portion of the spectrum (Brainard et al., 2001; Thapan et al., 2001), and Vision Damage wavelenghts weren't yet determined. YAY Science!

Outdoor light can also be harmful in high doses and when it's the brightest. We wear sunglasses only when we absolutely have to. When we're near the sun in a super bright or it's super low and in our eyes or when were near water and the sun is bouncing off of it and flaring into our sensitive eyes.
We know it's bad when we're covering our eyes or squinting.
