Can Bose Sleep Buds Help You Get A Good Nights Sleep?

EMF Radiation comes from all our wonderful wireless devices.
From our laptops, our cellphones, our WiFi 's--it's not great but this invisible tech toxin is just a by product of our digital world. In the case of Bose Sleep Buds the EMF radiation comes from Bluetooth energy, which is used to to deliver soothing audio directly into your ears.
I and many others believe (and science is confirming it) that this artificial RF radiation is harming our bodies. The easiest way for me to explain why is that we are all electromagnetic beings, our body's energy is affected by the electromagnetic energy in our environment-- so I like to think of EMFs as just one more pollutant or toxin or irritant in our environment that's messing with my body's energy.
Now here's the thing about Bose Sleep Buds: people use to help them fall asleep and stay asleep, and many people are seeking relief from ringing in the ears--known as 'tinnitus'.
Tinnitus is really annoying and hard to live with, and especially hard to sleep with!

There's a sickness that it's estimated up to 10% of the world wide population has today. It's called Electromagnetic hypersensitivity or EHS. A lot of people try to claim it's not real, but I can assure you- I've had it for decades and it's very REAL. To this day, if I put my body in the path of too much wireless energy, I'll get little static jolts, then a headache, numbness, dizzy and light-headed. Dr. Powell is a retired career U.S. Government scientist. He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Harvard. During the Government career, he worked for the President, the National Science Foundation and the National Institute of Standards and Technology. When it comes to EMF Radiation effects, he’s an incredible wealth of information, as well as someone we trust and honor in our field for his exceptional EMF education work.

Of Course, Danger Does Not Mean Certain Harm
While the research is clear, this does not mean that everyone is going to suddenly start getting undeniably sick from radiation. Just like some people can smoke their whole lives and never get lung cancer, each person is affected differently by EMFs. Dr. George Carlo, our science and public policy expert, has been studying man made EMF radiation for decades. He's an author, Public Policy Expert and Research Scientist. He does not advocate wireless exposure, but he points out,
"Exposure does not define effect, not by a long shot, with respect to the wireless environment response dynamic.
Here's why: Each person is different and for every physical metric of power density or field intensity, you have the biological aspect that occurs when waveforms interact with tissue in the individual person.
And it matters what type of tissue- and what type of organ system is impacted. And it matters what compensation factors are operating in that person. Like age, gender and general state of wellness as well as environmental factors like chemicals, bugs and stressors.
It's complicated and complex."
Because I can "feel" the EMF radiation or wireless energy (and it doesn't feel good) it's been very easy for me to recommend the Precautionary Principle when it comes to all things wireless. Why recklessly expose ourselves to potentially harmful radiation when simple, easy steps make it so easy to mitigate the risks and harm?!
Mindfullness With All Things Wireless
Basically, exercising the Precautionary Principle means that because there’s research, lots of it actually, saying the energy that powers our cellphones– RF radiation– could be causing health concerns-including tumors and cancer, then we ought to take care when using our cell phones -and all devices that emit RF-and use them mindfully.
There are many things you can do to be mindful and avoid wireless energy.

Hello, did you wait 10 minutes after switching off phone before testing the sleepbuds?
How does ‘Phone Free Mode’ work?
When placing the Sleepbuds™ into ‘Phone Free Mode’ the Buds will advertise (been seen) over BLE for a period of 10 minutes, starting when they are placed into phone-free mode, or whenever they are initially removed from the case. In Phone-Free Mode, your pre-selected sleep sound will play as soon as the buds are removed from the charging case, no app required, but wake up alarms are disabled while in this mode. After a period of 10 minutes, the Buds can no longer be found over Bluetooth and will need to be put back into the case in order to establish a Bluetooth connection.
